Our car parks are now cashless; you have three ways to pay:

1.  Tap a contactless payment method at the entrance barrier and then tap again (twice) at the barrier as you leave to make a payment.
2. Take a ticket on entry and pay using a card or contactless directly at the barrier when you insert the ticket as you leave the car park.
3. Take a ticket on entry and pay via card or contactless devices at one of the pay stations located in the car park lift lobbies.

Looking for quick and easy contactless parking in Nottingham? With our Tap & Go service, there’s no need for a ticket – just tap your contactless credit or debit card at the entry and exit barriers in either our multi-storey or basement Victoria Centre car parks.

How it works:

  • When you arrive, simply tap your card at the barrier until you hear a beep – that’s your confirmation to enter.
  • Please don’t take a paper ticket – doing so will override the Tap & Go system, and you’ll need to pay at a ticket machine instead.

Perfect for shoppers, commuters or evening visitors, Tap & Go makes parking at Victoria Centre faster and more convenient than ever.
