What’s the role?
Mr Pretzels are looking to recruit a Team Member who will work together with the rest of the team to provide outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include serving customers, making hand-rolled soft pretzels using our finest ingredients, operating the till, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring our customers’ needs are always met. You will be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, so we’re looking for someone with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers, making them feel welcome and valued.
We are seeking flexible, positive and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working as part of a team. To join us, you should be confident when interacting with customers, friendly and approachable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills are essential, including face-to-face verbal communication, maintaining eye contact and active listening.
Applicants should also understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality, customer service and cleanliness at all times.
Candidates must be fully flexible with their availability, as shifts may be scheduled across weekdays and weekends (Monday to Sunday), including bank holidays. Hours will be agreed via rota.
