Giveaway Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• “The Promoter” refers to Victoria Centre.
• The “Prize” refers to £250 worth of gifts from a range of Victoria Centre retailers.

By entering this giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
• All entries must be received by Tuesday 28th January 2025, at 00:00am.
• One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter by 29th January 2025.
• The winner will be notified via the Facebook profile used during entry on or after this date.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Details:
• No purchase is necessary.
• Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• The Prize will be awarded via a random comment generator.
• The Promoter will not be held liable for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or otherwise invalid.
3. Prize Details:
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
• If the Prize becomes unavailable, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or higher value.
4. Claiming the Prize:
• The Prize will be forfeited if the winner does not acknowledge and reply to the notification of winning by 31st January 2025.
• The winner must collect the Prize from the Victoria Centre Management Office within one month of acknowledging the win.
5. Liability:
• To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter shall not be held liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in the giveaway or the use of the Prize.
• The Promoter’s liability is limited to the cost price of the Prize.
6. Other Conditions:
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be shared on The Promoter’s social media profiles after the winner has been notified.
