Store Manager - Roman Jobs

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented leader with a passion for retail management? Roman is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations. As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

40 hours per week, any 5 days within the week.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Understanding of retail metrics and KPIs.
Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
