Position: Temporary Retail Assistant - £12.00 p/h

Location: Victoria Centre, Nottingham

Start Date: November 2024

Job Description:

As a Retail Assistant at our Conundra kiosk, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Card Handling: Managing transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Customer Service: Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Teamwork: Working with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Independence: Demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Supervisory/Team Leader Role: If you possess prior supervisory or team leader experience, please highlight it in your application.

Working Hours:

This position may require some flexibility in your schedule as it involves weekdays, weekends, late-night shopping hours and bank holidays. Please indicate in your application what hours you are available to work. Peak season availability throughout December 2024 is mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Previous cash handling experience is essential.
• A friendly and approachable manner.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Supervisory/Team Leader experience (if applicable).
