BBC Children in Need - F1 Sim Rig Article
Throughout the summer, BBC Children in Need have been taking their Sim Rig Tour to various events, with drivers 16+ being invited to set their best lap time on the virtual Silverstone circuit. The Sim Rig tour will visit 10 locations across the UK so members of the public in all regions will have the opportunity to compete. The fastest 50 drivers will go into a ballot, with two lucky names being selected at random and invited to race on the live show.
On Friday 13th October, our customers could see if they have what it takes to set the best lap time on the virtual Silverstone circuit. The fastest 50 drivers will go into a ballot, with two lucky names being selected at random and invited to race on the BBC live show which will be in Nottingham next month.
This was very popular and even Pudsey has had a go!
