Victoria Centre Welcomes Japami’s UK Debut and Nottingham’s First Thai Express Article
Victoria Centre is thrilled to announce the grand opening of two exciting new dining spots: Japami and Thai Express. This marks Japami’s UK debut, making Victoria Centre the first place in the country to offer its unique fusion of Japanese cuisine. Nottingham is also set to enjoy its very first Thai Express, adding another dynamic flavour to the city’s food scene.
Both restaurants will open their doors on Friday, 23rd August, and are located on the upper mall in the Clocktower dining area, conveniently positioned for shoppers and food enthusiasts alike.
This fresh addition aims to cater to the growing demand for healthier, fresher meal options compared to traditional grab-and-go choices. With both eateries side by side, they create a vibrant mini food court atmosphere, allowing diners to easily choose between the two distinct cuisines.
Thai Express is renowned globally for its fast-casual Thai dining experience. The menu features beloved dishes such as pad Thai and green curry, prepared with high-quality ingredients and a commitment to exceptional flavour. Guests can customize their dishes by adjusting the spice level and choosing their preferred protein, providing a healthier alternative to typical fast food options.
Japami introduces a modern twist to traditional Japanese fare. As part of its UK debut, Japami brings an exciting array of dishes to Nottingham, including the much-anticipated Sushi Tacos. This innovative fusion dish combines the concept of tacos with premium sushi ingredients, offering a unique and fresh culinary experience that is sure to delight.
Both Thai Express and Japami promise to offer a vibrant and flavourful dining experience, perfect for a quick meal during shopping or a leisurely meal with friends. To celebrate their openings, the first 100 customers at each restaurant will enjoy a free meal. Doors open from 11:30am until late, so early arrival is recommended to be among the first to savour these exciting new cuisines.
