From Wednesday 26th January 2022, government guidelines will change around wearing face coverings within the centre.

The safety and comfort of our shoppers remains our number one priority. We understand that many people visiting our centre will still want to continue using face coverings to help keep each other safe and we certainly welcome their use on the malls. Please be aware that individual stores may have their own policies on the use of face coverings.

Hand sanitising stations will remain throughout the centre, including exits and entrances and we encourage customers to use them when they visit us. We will also continue with our enhanced cleaning of key touchpoints, including toilets, escalators and seating areas, which will be back on the malls after being removed at the start of the pandemic.

Victoria Centre will be open daily from 8am until 6pm, with the exception of Wednesday and Saturday, when the centre will close at 7pm. Sunday opening hours remain as 11am – 5pm. Tesco Metro and Clocktower dining venues have extended opening hours and some store opening hours may vary. Please check individual retailer websites before planning your visit.
